Lara Yazvac Pipia
Lara Yazvac Pipia is a local chef, recipe developer and restaurant consultant. A few years back, she broke from her firm footing in savory territory to start SoHud Squirrels, a monthly pop-up bakery on her front porch that leaned into unexpected flavor combinations and community.
From her cult-status Thai Peanut Cookies to her wild donut selections (did somebody say Fig Leaf and Yellow Cherry?!) at her recent pop-up “High On Brunch”, she is always on the hunt for a joyful new bite.
She has recently launched a line of locally baked goods under her moniker “Dr Wich” - follow her @doctorwich on Instagram to track them down.
