Betsy Tiano
Betsy started working in restaurants when she was fourteen years old and has always had a love for cooking and baking! After eighteen years in the corporate and local restaurant scene, doing everything from making sandwiches to overseeing multiple locations, Betsy took a step back from the industry when her twins were born in 2019. During the beginning of the pandemic, without the ability to travel to see her family in New York (where she's from) and a bout of homesickness, Betsy and her sister Christina made a batch of Rainbow Cookies. Surprised at how well they came out, a business name brainstorming session, an Instagram & Facebook account later they were ready to share their heritage with Columbus! Angie's Rainbow Cookies, which is named after their Grandma Angela from New York, took off immediately and has had immense success over the past five and a half years!

Gabby Corpus
Gabby Corpus is the founder and head chef of Sweet Ghost, one of Columbus' premier chocolatiers. Working in and out of chocolate since 17 years old, she's known for her ethically sourced chocolate bars, gourmet marshmallows, along with her cookies (and yes, brownies). Her work has been featured in the Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Underground, and Columbus Food Adventures. When she's not playing with chocolate, she's thinking about recipe development and the next great spot to grab food in Columbus.

Katie Passo
Katie Passo, creator and head donut lady at Rose Dough Donuts - which stands for our risen, puffy dough + my middle name, after my great-grandmother Rose. I grew up in Columbus baking with my mother and grandmothers and loved that special time together, plus getting to eat something sweet at the end. I also distinctly remember riding my bike to get some Boston Creams...at least I also got some exercise! Fast forward to 20 years living in Chicago, a career as a PR exec...and a pandemic...this donut lover started making donuts at home and dreaming of the future. After a year of isolation, my husband and I (and our two small pups) moved back to Columbus to be closer to family and make our donut dreams come true. I've been an avid home baker, cake shop intern, and have a certificate from the French Pastry School's "Intro to Pastry Arts." I want to make the best donuts you've ever had by using specially-selected ingredients - local, farm fresh eggs and milk; family-owned, midwestern organic flour; and nothing artificial! Clintonville is home - and we're committed to donating each month to the Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center. We look forward to making you happy through donuts!
